Cheviot Lamb cutlets are incredibly delicious and tender. They are taken from the ribs of the lamb. We recommend to pan fry or barbecue the cutlets, but they can be roasted in the oven too. If cooked correctly the great flavour from our grass fed lamb will be second to none.
