It's beef that's full of flavour

Highland beef is slow maturing, lean, firm and very low in fat, but also rich in protein and iron. It is unsurpassed for flavour, tenderness and juiciness. This flavour comes from the rich and diverse woodland pasture based diet our cows enjoy

Our Highland Cattle are reared to a very high standard of welfare on a number of conservation grazing projects in Scotland. Our range of beef boxes are named after the sites that the cattle graze. The cattle's role in these projects is to help increase biodiversity by creating opportunities for new species to take hold as well as cycling nutrients into the soil, controlling dominant species and spreading seed.

Each box in our selection is specially designed to ensure the use of every part of the cow so that nothing goes to waste
