Ken's previous work includes the Tanlawhill Estate in Dumfriesshire, where he successfully managed 3,500 acres, turning it into a fully organic estate. He was responsible for overseeing 1,600 sheep, 100 cows, and seven holiday cottages while ensuring the land was managed sustainably and in line with best environmental practices.
