Experience both our forest raised pork and highland beef box in our most diverse box yet. This box is a real freezer filler which will provide you and your loved ones with everything you need to create weeks worth of high quality dining experiences.
We sell our boxes in rounds, collecting orders until the order date

In this box you will expect to find:
Mangalitsa Pork
- One Roasting Joint
- 1kg Pork Sausages
- 2 Pork chops
- 2 Prime pork ribs
- 2 Loin steaks
- Diced pork
Highland Beef
- 1.5 kg Roasting joint
- 1.5 kg Beef Mince
- 1.5kg Diced Stewing Beef
- 1 kg Beef Sausages
- 1 kg Beef Burgers
This box will be shipped within 2-3 days of being expertly butchered and the meat is shipped fresh - well chilled and protected - so you can enjoy the meat straight away or freeze for a later date. As all our meat is butchered fresh, we can't always guarantee the exact cuts of meat you will receive in your Banquet Box but we can guarantee an excellent selection and fantastic value for money. The box can weigh between 12-16kg.
All our boxes are delivered fresh with BBE dates listed and none has been pre-frozen so you can feel free to freeze any joints / cuts that you do not wish to use within the next few days.

Brodoclea Woodland Farm is our innovative and award winning agroforestry project in North Ayrshire. Now twice finalists in the agroforestry project of the year at the Scottish Agriculture Awards. At Brodoclea we graze our herd of Mangalitsa pigs who work the land as ecosystem engineers paving the way for greater biodiversity onsite and helping the woodland to thrive. We also at times graze some cattle behind the pigs as having a diverse range of grazers in the woodland can do a lot of good.
