We are now only selling our pork in 1/4 pig boxes to ensure you get a good selection of cuts and it helps us prevent wastage which is part of our ethical approach to production.
After a short break we will be back taking pre-orders for 1/4 pig boxes to arrive at the end of August. Order before the 25th of August to guarantee your box.
Although the exact cuts can't be guaranteed until dispatch, we aim to complete each box with a selection of cuts / products that includes:
- Roasting shoulder joint
- Roasting leg joint
- Prime Fillet
- A selection of sausages
- Pork chops
- Prime pork ribs
- Loin steaks
- Diced pork
Our pork is shipped within 2-3 days of being expertly butchered and are shipped fresh - well chilled and protected - so you can enjoy the pork straight away or freeze for a later date. As all our meat is butchered fresh, we can't always guarantee the exact cuts of meat you will receive in your Mangalitsa 1/4 pig box but we can guarantee an excellent selection and fantastic value for money. With an average weight of 10-11kg per box we anticipate you receiving far more than the minimum 9kg weight.
All our pre-order 1/4 pig boxes are delivered fresh with BBE dates listed and none has been pre-frozen so you can feel free to freeze any joints / cuts that you do not wish to use within the next few days.
